Ethical Business Conduct

The company is committed to conducting its business with integrity, fairness, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. A formal Code of Conduct and Ethics applies to employees, senior management, and suppliers, and serves as the foundation for ethical and responsible behavior across the organization and its value chain. The Code addresses key topics such as anti-bribery and anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, fair competition, and information security and privacy. All employees and relevant suppliers are requested to acknowledge and comply with the Code as part of the company’s commitment to high standards of ethical business conduct.

Responsible Supply Chain

Our company operates a structured and rigorous supplier qualification and monitoring  process to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and compliance. Prior to approval, all new suppliers are required to complete a comprehensive questionnaire covering quality systems, environmental practices, labor and human rights, ethics, sustainability practices, regulatory compliance, and social responsibility. Suppliers are evaluated based on defined criteria, including certification to recognized standards such as ISO 9001, technical capability, and alignment with our sustainability and ethical expectations. Where relevant, suppliers are requested to acknowledge and comply with our Code of Conduct.  When necessary, on-site audits are conducted to verify compliance. Approved suppliers are continuously monitored through performance indicators such as product quality, delivery performance, and responsiveness, and are formally re-evaluated on an annual basis. Where needed, improvement actions are defined in collaboration with suppliers to support ongoing performance and compliance.
