At Plasel Plastic, we support circular material flows by developing smart reusable packaging, such as durable designs intended for multiple packaging and shipping cycles, extending product life and reducing the need for new materials. Additionally, our packaging uses mono-material structures and high levels of post-consumer recycled (PCR) content, enabling easy sorting and efficient recycling at end-of-life. In selected applications, cutting tool packaging can be easily disassembled and directed to local recycling streams, supporting the return of materials to the production cycle. All our packaging is clearly marked with material type symbols in accordance with plastic industry standards, enabling customers to easily identify the appropriate recycling stream for each item. This ensures seamless sorting at home or in industrial settings, directing plastics like PP or PE to the correct local recycling streams without confusion. Materials, Chemicals & Waste
We are committed to responsible and efficient management of materials, chemicals, and waste, while integrating sustainability principles and continuous improvement into our manufacturing processes. Throughout production, we promote optimal utilization of raw materials through ongoing monitoring, process optimization, and reduction of material losses. In addition, we actively work to minimize internal waste by implementing reuse practices and in-house recycling solutions, without compromising product quality.
At the same time, all generated waste is managed in a controlled and responsible manner, including proper segregation and collaboration with authorized partners. Suitable materials are directed to recycling facilities, enabling their return to the production cycle. This approach helps us reduce environmental impact, lower costs, and support the development of a circular economy.
Hazardous Materials Management
As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility and workplace safety, we maintain strict control over the management of hazardous materials. Due to the nature of our activities, the use of hazardous substances in our operations is limited, and we continuously work to substitute them with safer alternatives wherever possible.
