What are the materials that are used for Plasel plastic packaging?

We use only environment friendly materials such as Polyethylene, Polypropylene etc. we use virgin or recycled materials, all of them can be recycled. We also offer Bio Degradable materials according to customer requests.

Can Plasel Plastic combine 2 materials or 2 colors in 1 item?

We have some product lines, that are double component and there for we can offer our customers 2 materials/ 2 colors solutions.

What colors can we choose?

We offer variety range of colors according to your requests, based on Pantone or Raal color chips. We carry a few standard colors in our catalog.

How can we identify the material of the package?

There is a sign on each package specifying the number of the material that the package is made from

What are process trays and what are they used for?

Process trays, are trays to securely hold, protect, and transport components (like round tools) during manufacturing, assembly, or shipping. They are designed and built to fit variety of parts (such as drills, endmills, reamers, burrs, taps etc.). the trays prevent damage and improve efficiency in both automated and manual handling processes. At Plasel, we engineer our process trays to meet the precise requirements of your production line and protect your products.

The process trays can hold part from diameter 3 mm up to 1.

What is the max. temperature that the process tray can meet?

The maximum temperature is 120 degree (Celsius).

What is the max. weight the trays can hold?

The maximum weight the trays can hold is 20 KG.
