2. Maintain top quality precision molds and the latest injection molding machines.
3. Operate a rigorous quality control at every stage of the process, from testing during production to meticulous examination of the final product. Completed products are inspected before shipping to ensure delivery of the finest quality goods.
4. Enhance and improve the company’s products by upgrading production processes and manufacturing and testing equipment.
5. Maintaining full compliance with Quality and Environmental & Occupational Health and Safety Management Standards: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2014, and OHSAS 18001:2007.
6. Implement the FMEA techniques on an ongoing basis.
7. Carrie out stringent testing in Plasel's laboratories, which are fully equipped with state-of-the-art measuring equipment, materials testing
devices, customized according to customers' requirements.
8. Develop new products and provide support to all customers, by improving existing products and implementing innovative, quality designs.
9. Maintain and strengthen close ties with both the company’s customers and its vendors to ensure top quality, lower costs, and compliance with delivery schedules.
10. Perform careful analysis of incoming batches of raw materials to insure they do not deviate from set standards.
